1. General Terms & Applicability

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account at 299bey, the following conditions must be met:

• Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and up to date. Providing false details may result in your account being closed at any time.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your own responsibility. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• 299bey reserves the right to decline any request without providing a reason.

3. Deposit & Payment Methods

4. Withdrawal Policy

• If a technical error causes an incorrect outcome, the affected bet will be voided and the stake refunded.

• Arbitrage betting — placing conflicting bets on the same event — is prohibited.
• Using software or bots in any game or betting market is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

7. Tournament & Leaderboard Rules

• Self-Exclusion: For extended breaks, you can keep your account closed for 6 months or more.
• Bet Limit: You can set a maximum stake limit per bet.

• Suspicion of money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Proof or reasonable suspicion of being underage.

Upon account closure, any valid balance will be refunded in accordance with the applicable rules. However, bonus balances and funds obtained through irregular activity will be forfeited.
